  • This module qualifies participants for the role of AI officer in organizations. It teaches participants about the role, tasks, responsibilities, and powers within the AI management system. Key topics include governance structures, interfaces with specialist departments, and dealing with risks in AI use.

  • The focus is on planning, secure operation, and monitoring of AI systems in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 42001. Regulatory requirements, internal control mechanisms, and ethical and organizational guidelines for responsible AI use are covered.

    Certification: Management and compliance for artificial intelligence (ISO/IEC 42001)

  • The focus is on auditing AI systems and related processes. Methods for planning, conducting, and evaluating audits in accordance with DIN EN ISO 19011 are taught. Practical examples support transparent and comprehensible testing of AI applications.

    Certification: AI Auditor (DIN EN ISO 19011)

  • CertNexus Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP): Practical content on the development, evaluation, and application of AI models. Focus on use cases, model understanding, and responsible AI deployment.
  • EXIN® Information Security based on ISO/IEC 27001: Fundamentals of information security relevant to AI systems. Addresses protection requirements, risks, security measures, and the relationship between AI, data, and ISMS.
  • PRINCE2® 7 Foundation with exam: Proven methods for planning and managing AI projects. Supports clear roles, processes, and decision-making structures in complex projects.

Start date: You can start anytime.
Duration: The qualification takes 3.75 months full-time and is extended accordingly for part-time study.
Delivery: The training takes place as live online training and is supplemented by guided self-study phases and structured exam preparation.
Location: You can choose to participate at the training center or from your home office, regardless of location.

Specialists and managers from IT, information security, compliance, data protection, quality management, and management. Suitable for roles with responsibility for AI systems, governance, audits, and risk and regulatory issues.

Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge of IT or digital processes is recommended. Knowledge of AI, management systems, or regulation is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Analytical thinking and an interest in standards and legal issues are expected.
