The Kanban technique is used to organize and optimize production processes. Its main goal is to efficiently control the flow of materials in a multi-stage production process in order to minimize costs. Materials are taken from intermediate storage locations at the various production stations and replenished as needed, although this process does not take place simultaneously.

Prerequisite:
Your existing knowledge forms the basis for targeted further training. The individual modules can be flexibly adapted and combined with other components. A basic knowledge of English is required.

100% of the costs can be covered by the Employment Agency. Also available for employees through funding under the Qualification Opportunities Act and/or in the event of short-time working.
