The course is aimed at people who are interested in agile working and want to apply and pass on methodological knowledge within a team. It is aimed at project and process managers as well as specialists who manage and coordinate complex projects.

Prerequisites:
The content builds on existing knowledge and is individually tailored. Modules can be flexibly combined and expanded. Basic English skills are required.
