The AI Manager (ISO/IEC 42001) combines AI, governance, and quality management into an effective management system. The focus is on risk management, compliance, auditing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 19011, and practical requirements from ISO 9001.

The profile is complemented by project management with PRINCE2®, agile methods such as Scrum, and IT governance according to COBIT. This creates modern expertise in AI management, quality assurance, and digital transformation.

  • The course teaches the basic principles, concepts, and methods of quality management. The focus is on structured quality processes, documentation, and a standard-compliant understanding as a basis for further qualifications.

    Certification: Quality Management Specialist (QMF)

  • The focus is on tasks, roles, and responsibilities in everyday QM. Content on the establishment, maintenance, and further development of QM systems is supplemented by ISO 9001 requirements and practical examples.

    Certification: Quality Management Representative (QMR)

  • Targeted preparation for internal and external audits in accordance with DIN EN ISO 19011. Topics covered include audit planning, communication, evaluation, and documentation. Case studies and practical exercises support confident application in audit situations.

    Certification: Quality Management Auditor (QMA)

  • PRINCE2® 7 Foundation with exam: Teaches a clearly structured process model for planning, controlling, and implementing projects in different organizations.
  • EXIN® Agile Scrum Foundation: Provides a sound introduction to agile working methods, roles, events, and artifacts of the Scrum framework for modern project and product work.
  • COBIT® 2019 Foundation: Teaches practical basics of IT governance, management, and control of IT processes in line with business objectives.

Start date: You can start anytime.
Duration: The qualification takes 3.75 months full-time and is extended accordingly for part-time participation.
Implementation: Learning takes place in a live online format, combined with supervised self-study phases and clearly structured exam preparation.
Location: Participation is optional at the training center or remotely from your home office.

Prerequisites:
A basic understanding of operational procedures and processes is an advantage. Initial professional experience or knowledge of management systems is helpful but not essential. Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and an interest in standards, quality, and continuous improvement are expected.
